To train innovative and contemporary midwives who possess the theoretical knowledge and skills to embrace the fundamental theories, concepts, and principles of the midwifery profession, are active in professional policy development, and are aware of their professional roles and responsibilities.

To train midwives who will address women, pregnant women, mothers, and newborns in the pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum processes in primary health care, adhering to professional ethical principles and with a holistic approach within the family and society, and who will provide counseling and education to protect and promote health and meet their care needs.

To train midwives who will collaborate within the healthcare team, communicate effectively, and utilize information and care technologies with an evidence-based and holistic approach in the midwifery process.

To train midwives who will develop midwifery practices with an awareness of lifelong learning and who will continue their professional and personal development with the opportunity to work in all national and international environments.
